Terms and Conditions of the PALDY Online Store
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the PALDY online store and define the rights and obligations of users and PALDY d.o.o. They are prepared in accordance with Slovenian legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), the Fiscal Verification of Invoices Act (ZDavPR), the Act on the Protection of Consumers against Unfair Commercial Practices (ZVPNPP), the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), as well as applicable European Union regulations.

The PALDY online store is available at https://www.paldycereal.com/ (hereinafter: the “online store” or “website”).
Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website and to all purchases made through the PALDY online store. The version of the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of purchase applies to each transaction.
PALDY reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
By using the website or placing an order, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
Definitions
User: Any person using the website.
Member: A registered user with an account.
Guest: A user without registration.
Subscriber: A user enrolled in a subscription plan.
Buyer / Consumer: A user who places an order.

Website Use
Users agree to:
use the website lawfully and in accordance with these Terms,
not misuse the website for illegal or commercial purposes,
not interfere with the operation or security of the website,
not collect or misuse personal data of other users,
not publish unlawful, offensive, or misleading content.
Products and Availability
All products displayed in the online store are available while supplies last. Product images are symbolic. Mandatory product information is stated on the product packaging.
PALDY reserves the right to limit quantities or withdraw products from sale.
Packaging
Products are packed in suitable, food-safe packaging appropriate for the contents and compliant with applicable regulations.
Purchase Process
The purchase process includes:
adding products to the cart,
entering delivery and contact details,
choosing a payment method,
confirming the order.
Before placing an order, the buyer is shown a summary of the purchase and has the opportunity to correct any errors.
Sales Contract
The sales contract is concluded at the moment the buyer places the order. A confirmation of the order is sent to the buyer’s email address and serves as proof of the contract.
The contract is stored electronically by PALDY.
Order Processing, Editing, and Cancellations
Orders are processed very quickly and shipping labels are generated shortly after checkout.
For this reason, order cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed.
After placing an order, the buyer may edit certain order details within a limited post-order editing window, as defined in the Returns & Subscription Policy. After this window expires, the order is processed and shipped automatically.
Prices
All prices are stated in local currency and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices valid at the time of order apply.
In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error, PALDY reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the buyer.
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
credit and debit cards,
PayPal,
cash on delivery (where available).
Invoicing
Invoices are generated automatically immediately after purchase based on the details provided at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that billing details are entered correctly at the time of purchase.
Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be modified, corrected, or reissued with updated details. Post-purchase corrections are not possible.
If you require business invoicing or wish to place a larger order with company details, please contact us before placing your order.
Delivery
Orders placed on business days may be shipped the same or next business day. Estimated delivery time is typically 1–4 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery address and carrier.
For remote or less accessible regions, delivery may take up to 14 days.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery and contact details.
Non-Collected Parcels and Refused Deliveries
If the buyer chooses delivery to a pickup point or home address and does not collect the parcel within the carrier’s timeframe or refuses delivery, the order is considered non-collected.
The rights and obligations related to non-collected parcels, including refunds, store credits, re-shipping, and deductions (including free shipping deductions), are governed by the Returns & Subscription Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Commercial Guarantee
In accordance with applicable law, the buyer has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
In addition to this statutory right, PALDY offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on the buyer’s first order, under specific conditions defined in the Returns & Subscription Policy.
The commercial guarantee does not limit or affect the buyer’s statutory rights.
Returns, Refunds, and Free Gifts
Detailed rules on returns, refunds, shipping costs, pickup-point orders, free gifts, and non-refundability of certain fees are governed by the Returns Policy, published on the website and forming an integral part of these Terms.
If a free gift or promotional item is included with an order and is not returned in accordance with the policy, PALDY reserves the right to deduct its value from the refund or refuse the refund.
Subscription Program
The buyer may choose between one-time purchases and subscription plans.
Subscriptions are billed automatically according to the product selection, quantity, and delivery frequency chosen at checkout and remain active until cancelled by the subscriber.
Subscriptions require a valid online payment method. Cash on Delivery is not available for subscription orders.
By enrolling in a subscription, the subscriber authorizes Paldy to automatically charge the selected payment method at each scheduled renewal.
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled before the first delivery has been completed.
The subscriber is responsible for managing, skipping deliveries, or cancelling the subscription before the next scheduled billing date. Once a subscription renewal has been billed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded, as the corresponding order is processed immediately after billing.
Cancellation is completed through a guided process in the customer portal, during which the subscriber may be asked questions and shown alternative options before cancelling. A subscription is considered cancelled only once the subscriber has completed all steps of the cancellation process and received a cancellation confirmation by email. Beginning but not completing the process does not cancel the subscription, and it will continue to renew until the cancellation is finalized.
Non-collected or refused subscription orders are treated in the same manner as one-time orders and are subject to the rules defined in the Returns & Subscription Policy, including applicable deductions and fees.
Paldy reserves the right to modify subscription products, pricing, or availability. Any material changes will be communicated prior to taking effect.
Product Conformity and Complaints
Products must comply with the contract and applicable regulations. If a product does not conform, the buyer may file a complaint within the statutory period.
Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Reviews and User Content
Users may submit reviews and feedback. By submitting content, the user grants PALDY the right to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes.
PALDY reserves the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content.
Data Protection and Security
PALDY processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Payment data is handled securely by third-party payment providers and is not stored by PALDY.
Limitation of Liability
PALDY strives to ensure accurate information but does not guarantee error-free operation of the website. PALDY is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the website or circumstances beyond its control.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be submitted via our contact form. PALDY aims to resolve disputes amicably.
For judicial disputes, the competent court is determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Online Dispute Resolution
PALDY does not recognize any out-of-court dispute resolution body. Consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform:

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union regulations.
Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the website. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any updates.
