Subscription

Some products in our store are available as subscription purchases. This policy explains how subscription purchases work and how subscriptions can be managed or cancelled.

 


 

Subscriptions

 

When you subscribe, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the product selection, quantity, and delivery frequency you choose at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at each scheduled renewal.

Subscription renewals occur every 4 weeks from the date of the previous order, unless the customer changes the delivery frequency in their customer portal. The next billing date is visible at all times in the customer portal. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and manage the renewal date before billing occurs.

Once a subscription renewal is processed, the corresponding order is prepared for shipment immediately.

Subscriptions require a valid online payment method. Cash on Delivery is not available for subscription orders.

 


 

First Delivery and Cancellation

 

To ensure customers can try the product first, subscriptions cannot be cancelled within the first 14 days from the initial subscription order date, regardless of delivery status.

After this initial 14-day period, the subscription may be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled billing date. Cancellations made after a renewal has been billed will take effect from the following billing cycle.

 


 

Managing Your Subscription

 

Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible. You can manage your subscription at any time before the next scheduled billing date, including:

– changing subscribed products or bundle size

– adjusting delivery frequency

– updating your delivery address

– skipping a delivery, for example if you are on holiday


The shipping method selected when the subscription is created cannot be changed. This includes switching between pickup point delivery and home delivery. If the delivery address is updated for a subscription using pickup point delivery, the system will automatically assign the nearest available pickup point to the new address and the order will not be delivered to the entered address.


All changes or cancellations can be made through your customer portal


Our customer portal is simple and easy to use. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription, including making any changes or cancellations, before the next scheduled billing date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact details and delivery information are accurate and up to date in their customer portal.

 


 

Billing and Refunds

 

Subscription renewals that have already been billed are non-refundable.

Once a subscription order has been billed, it cannot be converted into a one-time purchase, modified, or cancelled.

If a subscription order is shipped and later refused or not collected, it is treated in the same way as a one-time order and handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy, including applicable fees.

 


 

Changes to Subscriptions

 

Subscription prices, products, or availability may change over time. Any material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
